Barix released a new version of the ABCL Development Kit v1.13

Reason for the new version:
- Redesign of the WEB UI
- Barix aligned the design of WEB UI to the other FW packages
- Major improvement in Acoustic Echo Cancellation
- On those devices based on IPAM102 and IPAM302
- Addition of Line Level Mono and Input Mixing
- On those devices based on IPAM102 and IPAM302
- Several fixes on specific audio formats and HW versions
