Andrew Verburg and Matt Dichirico join Biamp as technical support specialists

Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, announced the expansion of its customer support capabilities through the addition of two new members. Effective immediately, Andrew Verburg and Matt Dichirico join the company as technical support specialists. Both new members are based in Beaverton and report directly to Scott Wieser, applications engineering manager for North America at Biamp Systems.

"The adoption of AVB/TSN and the advancement of IoT, plus the demand for more mobile solutions, have provided Biamp with the opportunity to advance how we support and educate our business partners and end users," said Wieser. Prior roles and experiences

Prior to joining Biamp®, Verburg held positions where he provided user support, conducted rollouts, and defined vendor requirements within Windows® operating systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from Oregon State University. Dichirico comes to Biamp from the higher education industry where he was a media services specialist. His role included providing AV support for faculty and staff, video conferencing technical support, and producing training videos. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, History, Communication Studies from the University of Oregon. In their new positions, Verburg and Dichirico will provide assistance with systems, software, and technical tools.
