The recent floods in Germany created catastrophic conditions in some parts of the country. Now that the waters have finally receded, the effects of what is being described as “the flood of the century” are all too apparent: the damage – estimated at some 12 billion euros – is immense and many thousands have lost their entire belongings.
To provide some measure of relief – however small – to the victims, Bosch Communications Systems has taken spontaneous action: At a recent benefit concert in Straubing, German soul singer Xavier Naidoo signed a DYNACORD CMS 600-3 mixer worth around 1 200 euros. Together with the relief organization “Aktion Deutschland Hilft, Germany’s Relief Coalition”, Bosch Communications Systems is organizing an auction for charity of the console in question. Until August 18th, 2013, music lovers are invited to submit bids on the “stargebot.de” website. The entire proceeds of the auction will go to flood victims in Germany.
