Streamline Systems was approached to design and install an audio system for a trendy new restaurant being opened in the lobby of the Kapok hotel in St. Clair, Trinidad. The hotel is undergoing phased upgrades and the launch of the new restaurant kicked things off.

With numerous conference rooms accommodating up to 275 persons, the Kapok Hotel is a favorite among visitors to Trinidad. Kapok hotel is an independent boutique hotel — locally-owned and perfectly located just outside the capital city of Port-of-Spain in Trinidad.

The 94-room hotel is located just seconds away from the famous Queen's Park Savannah, home to Trinidad's Carnival, and is in strolling distance from major attractions like The Magnificent Seven, the President's House, the Emperor Valley Zoo and the Botanical Gardens.

Streamline Systems' engineers selected the EVID series speakers for the venue, specifically C8.2 for the ceiling and surface-mounted 4.2 models, both of which offer clean, understated styling to compliment the aesthetic ambience of the hotel. Electro-Voice PA2250T amplification offers exceptional sound quality while keeping the system running efficiently and, most importantly, reliably.
