| TOA establishes a limited company to reinforce its business activities in Vietnam |
TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, C.E.O.: Kenji Itani) has opened a sales subsidiary in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to start operations on March 1, 2014.
Until now, TOA has conducted sales in Vietnam through distributors, using its Singapore sales subsidiary as a base. Now, TOA has established a limited company in Vietnam, CONGTY TNHH TOA ELECTRONICS VIETNAM (TOA ELECTRONICS VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED) to reinforce its business activities in Vietnam. This is the first time TOA opened a sales base in Vietnam.
