TOA Corporation is to implement the following organisational changes and personnel reassignments, effective as of April 1, 2014.
A new division called the Corporate Planning Division will be established, for the purpose of reinforcing promotion of the company's mid-term management plan. This Division will report directly to the President, and will oversee the Management Planning Department, Public Relations Department, and Information System Department.
